Protection against gaming
Anomaly detection on reviews, attendance, results and complaint patterns. "Too perfect" patterns can reduce rather than increase trust in the score.
Appeals & corrections
Tutors and institutions can raise a support ticket if they believe their data is incorrect. Verified corrections update the score.
